Stanford Early Childhood Care Program
At Stanford Nursery, we understand the importance of your child’s growth period during their first year and strive to meet their needs from one to two years old and provide excellent care and education. We provide an educational environment that aims to enhance their growth and learning in a fun and effective way.
We believe that every child deserves the best possible start in life, so we are committed to providing your child with the best educational experience and a safe and supportive environment that helps your child explore, learn and grow with confidence and happiness.
Our programs at this stage are based on movement and sound activities and Montessori education. It includes simple activities such as learning Arabic and English sounds and letters, and songs.
Motor activity is based on developing the child’s skills in understanding, control, playing and distinguishing shapes and sizes. These activities include moving the ball from one box to another, sticking the ball to the wall, playing with balloons filled with water, distinguishing between rough and soft, jumping on the floor, placing identical shapes, and distinguishing them. It also includes bringing a transparent bag, putting a shiny object and water in it, closing it tightly and letting the child play.
